We saw American Waterworks truck at our neighbor's house, which led us to research the company. The customer care staff were very nice to deal with and very quick to respond. My Design Specialist, Michel, was very good to deal with and excellent in addressing my questions. He was an excellent communicator! And the design seemed great. 

The crew that came out to my home was fantastic! They were so nice to deal with and they were even kind to my dog! Overall, the whole process was great. Hopefully this will help our basement to be dry. We look forward to the spring when they'll dig the line for the sump pump outlet. Thank you!
