I've had American Waterworks come twice in the last year for different services. Each time the guys who come to do the work are super nice and professional. Yes ma'am no ma'am, clean up after themselves and super quick workers. I will be having American Waterworks works come back if I need it in the future.

We apprectiaed the team that came. They explained things clearly, worked well together and though they ran into a difficulty that extended the work load, they worked steadily throughout their time here. We appreciated their work and were very satisfied. The only concern for those having this kind of work done is to be very prepared for dust. Though they tried to contain it, it is part of the nature of jackhammering cement. Move anything moveable or tightly cover anything in the area, as it will save clean-up. The team did vacuum an clean the area. If you have basement water problems, we would definitely recommend American Waterworks!

I love my dry basement!! The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with the design specialist and the installation crew. The foreman shook my hand and introduced himself and the rest of the crew members. They were all very efficient and courteous, and the cleanup was great. Cory and his crew worked their tails off on an extremely warm day.  They did a great job.

We just had Cory and his team to our house to repair some water damage in the basement so we could get ready to sell our home. They were very polite, did a great job, were very thorough and explained the whole process to us. They show us as they were doing the repair work what was being done, and we are very pleased we hired American Waterworks to do our project. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Our of the other 3 companies, Ameican Waterworks was the only one to include windows and window wells. We also loved the wall options. The office staff was very friendly, and the design specialist, Jeremy, did a great job describing the different options we had. The finished product is beautiful! I chatted briefly with Shane at the home show at TCF Bank Stadium and he didn't have the pressure switch that we feel with so many other contractors. His in-home presentation was clear and easy to understand. We didn't sign up initially because we always get additional quotes. We felt confident in the quality of the product, experience, and warranty!  Tremaine and the two other guys with him worked very hard all day with a very short lunch break. They answered all the questions we had and explained the various products that were installed. We were also satisfied with the clean up! They hung up a plastic barrier so that the dust from jack hammering wouldn't travel through the house. We were impressed.

I am a sales manager and have been for 20 years. My expectations of companies are through the roof if I am paying for a service. Never make anyone wait is my number one rule. Never let an email or phone call go unanswered within 30 minutes. Even if you have to call to say, "We are on it and will get back to you shortly." You guys from the point of sale, to the project being done, to the communication after, and this final email from you saying, "We got paid." is wonderful.
