Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A customer from Perham, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his crawl space was causing issues with his home. When he called in, he noted that he was experiencing unwanted water in the space along with a sinking floor from the room above. He had concerns that if he left the issue unresolved, it would result in damage being done to the structure of the home which would cost more to fix down the road. We set him up with our FREE estimate and our Design Specialist, Richie N headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once Richie had completed his thorough walkthrough, he made several recommendations as to how we could help. First, Richie wanted to wrap the space in our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which is a tarp-like material that traps water and helps deposit it to the appropriate location. Second, Richie recommended our AprilAire dehumidifier, one of the most elite self-draining dehumidifiers on the market. Finally, Richie wanted to address the sagging floor by using our Support Jacks, which are adjustable supplemental support systems used specifically for sagging crawl spaces and can restore them to their original position. Finally, the crew installed the Everlast crawl space door cover for the crawl space. Once all the products were installed, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home.
