A homeowner in Grand Forks, ND, noticed an odd odor coming from their crawl space. Uncertain of the cause, the homeowner decided to complete some research. A customer from Audubon, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice water entering his crawl space, creating musty odors and rotting wood. He was afraid that if left the condition untouched, it might compromise the structural integrity of the space. When he called our Appointment Center, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection of the issue.
