Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

We sent one of our Design Specialists, Pete Wangen, to her home to look at her crawl space and give her a FREE estimate. Pete was able to develop a solid plan to waterproof and encapsulate her crawl space, so she would not have to deal with these frustrations again. She was pleased with Pete's proposal, so an installation date was set. 

Our production team installed a SmartDrain crawl space sump pump, SilverGlo, our TerraBlock vapor barrier, CleanSpace and an EverLast crawl space door. The combination of these crawl space repair products created a clean, dry and energy efficient space for Pat. She no longer has the frustration of dealing with critters getting into her home or freezing pipes in the winter. She also is enjoying savings on her energy bill. A homeowner from Clear Lake IA had a large dirt floor crawlspace under the whole house that they wanted to waterproof and make more of a energy enfficient space.

Robert M. of Hanlontown, IA had water moisture problems in his crawl space, making him feel nervous about his home repair needs. Reed went to his home to inspect his crawl space and come up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, Robert felt comfortable with the proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Geno Mclain, and his production team installed 200 feet of CleanSpace Encapsulation which is made to transform the crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient part of the home and removes all standing water sources. Next, they applied 55 feet of CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold or humidity build-up. Robert was thrilled with the work and loved the neat and clean appearance! 

Kami F. in Welch, MN contacted American Waterworks because she was interested in insulating and encapsulating her crawl space. The combination of these products work together to make Kami’s crawl space a clean, dry, and energy efficient space. 

A homeowner in Cannon Falls, MN requested that American Waterworks check their crawlspace for the presence of Radon after reading up on the side effects of this toxic gas.

 After receiving the news that their test came back at 8.4 pCi/L, the Shepards decided it was best to encapsulate their crawlspace with a vapor barrier known as CleanSpace.

The CleanSpace barrier will block most of the movement of radon from the soil into the crawlspace and our radon mitigation system will reduce any of the remaining presence of the gas that is entering through cracks in the foundation, plumbing, etc.
