Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Worthington, MN, noticed that her water and home were taking a while to heat up. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Eric H., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. During the inspection, Eric noticed that the moisture levels in the crawl space were higher than normal. He also explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of crawl space issues is a dirt floor. A dirt floor does not separate the home from the earth, which causes insects, pests, moisture, and mold to easily enter the home. This beautiful crawlspace transformation took place in a residence in Windom, MN.  The homeowner contacted us after experiencing a wet basement almost a year earlier and wanted to ensure that they would never have to experience that horror again.
