Our Design Specialist recommended having wall anchors installed along the cracked walls to permanently stabilize the foundation. Our production crew started the installation by drilling 13 long, metal rods through the brick wall into the soil surrounding the home. They secured both ends of the rod with anchor plates and tightened them. These anchors can continue to be tightened over time to gradually straighten the wall. Anthony's walls became permanently secured with the installation of these wall anchors. He is glad he made the investment to protect his foundation for the long-term.

Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is designed to prevent mold and humidity, save money on energy bills, and it gives the basement a clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our Wall Anchors over the CleanSpace to straighten the walls and pull them back to their natural position. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.
