He got in contact with our office staff at American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew. Shane went to his home, inspected his problems, and drew up a well-designed solution. Jeremy was confident in Shane's proposal of our WaterGuard Drainage System, so he signed the contract and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is an underground drain that prevents water and mud clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and works efficiently with the sump pump. To complete the work, Tremaine and his team filled the open gaps with rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over it. Jeremy was ecstatic with the outcome of the project and had a positive experience!

William and Heidi T. of Lake Benton, MN have had a wet basement ever since they moved into their home. Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain. Ryan went to their home, inspected their issues, and came up with a solution that fit their needs and budget. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench, and diagonally down the middle, forming a feed line. In the perimeter trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System in connection with the feed line. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, Matt and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, and act as an extra wall protectant. Then, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is provided with three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. Lastly, our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. Our wall anchors are embedded in stable soil outside of the foundation wall and is connected by a long, medal rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps throughout the trench and feed line with rock and applied new concrete.

Joe, from Bertha, MN, got in touch with us when he had enough of dealing with unwanted water intrusion in his basement. He wanted to know what could be done, so he called our office and we set him up with our FREE  estimate.
