Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

They called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew. Shane went to their home, inspected their problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs and budget. Connie and Daniel were confident with our waterproofing products and warranty, so they went ahead with the installation.

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the process by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a drainage trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an interior drainage system, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, and hide any holes or divots in the walls. It also gives the room a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Connie and Daniel were very happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!

Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe sump pump. Moving forward, Raul and the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew put the FoamMax on the exterior foundation walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
