Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they laid the WaterGuard drainage system and installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. Gregg P. had water leaking into his basement due to a failed sump pump. One of her peers referred American Waterworks to her, so she got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production crew started the installation by jackhammering out the concrete floor perimeter by forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents mud and water clogs, has easily accessible service ports, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, save money on energy costs, and cover any uneven surfaces or divots. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring that Susan was happy in the process.

Our foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the waterproofing installation by breaking out the concrete around the perimeter of their basement and installed 98 linear feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier which prevents moisture or mold growth. Along with that, they installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump System which is the most reliable sump pump that offers three levels of protection. After the installation was completed, Bude was happy with the end result and is excited about the new renovation.

Our Foreman, Raul A., and his crew installed our Egress Window first, followed by our RockWell Window Well. Our Egress is large enough to allow a safe exit from the basement, it provides more natural light to the room, and it makes the basement feel larger and more inviting. Our RockWell offers a nice alternative to ugly, rotted window wells. They also provide a safe exit out of the home, they are a one-piece construction product, and they are a beautiful stone texture that looks good with landscaping.
