Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by cutting out the pre-existing window and replacing it with our EverLast Basement Window. These special windows are energy-efficient, vinyl-framed, and double-paneled and are made to replace outdated wood-framed windows. Next, our crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Lastly, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold or humidity build-up and cover any holes or divots in the wall. To complete the project, Juan and his crew covered the open gaps with rock, flattened them out, and replaced the concrete. Kathy was and still is a satisfied customer!

Additionally, Ryan found that the walls were suffering from bowing and needed repair. To prevent this issue from continuing, Ryan suggested waterproofing and stabilizing the basement. Finally, the crew completed the installation by taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
