Our Foreman, Brian Colliton, and his production team began the process by cutting out the bottom of the wall insulation and breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain leading to outside the home, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the work, Brian and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Daniel and Mary were happy with the work and had a great experience!

Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. They also installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience.
