A homeowner in Fountain, MN, was worried that their walls were leaking. Worried this could cause long-term damage, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide a permanent solution. Next, Ryan and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. Once the installation date was selected, our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Raul and his crew installed several waterproofing products throughout the basement. First, the crew installed WaterGuard around the basement perimter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Raul and his crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. A couple from Fountain, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that water was finding its way into their basement. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, acts as an underground drain, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up and is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls, especially areas with large rock or deteriorations. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. To complete the project, Kiko and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Harvey and Georgia were thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish!
