Kingsley and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew were able to stabilize the foundation wall by installing 7 Geo-Lock anchors along the wall. The wall anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the foundation wall and pull it back to its original position. Next, the crew waterproofed the basement by first removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installing our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier. The crew finished the job with installing our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to give the space a bright, clean look. Foreman Raul and his crew headed to the property to begin implementation. First, they began by clearing debris and readying the spaces for installation. They then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to address water Issues. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier installed right onto the problem walls, and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall. It is attached to the walls with plastic fasteners so it never falls. It also prevents any humidity from invading the walls and gives the basement and clean and bright appearance with a 25-year warranty; this also reduces the home's chances of being exposed to radon. Next, the team worked on our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water from basement walls, and prevents water clogs. Along with that, they installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience. Along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump is a battery backup that helps in cases where power is lost in a home, then the battery will keep the pumps draining any excess water build-up. Finally, our team added an Aprilaire dehumidifier, which creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days' time when set to 50% relative humidity.
