Myron S. in Peterson, MN was experiencing water seeping into his basement. The water had started pooling and had nowhere to go. He was concerned about the damage this could cause and that water would keep coming in with each rainfall. He came across an advertisement for American Waterworks in the local newspaper and was pleased to find that we are experts in waterproofing.
He contacted us to set up a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to his home to evaluate the situation and create a solution specific for him. Our Design Specialist determined that Myron would benefit from our WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump sump pump. Myron felt that our recommendation was the best plan for him, so he decided to move forward with the installation.
Our production team installed 30 feet of WaterGuard along the perimeter of his basement floor, which guides water to the SuperSump sump pump. The sump pump then pumps the water from the home through the discharge line to the outside, keeping his basement dry. Myron also chose to have a battery backup installed to give him even more peace of mind. Myron can rest easy knowing that he chose a permanent waterproofing solution to protect his home.
