Bette and James put down a deposit and followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose, and his crew started the project by breaking out the entire concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is designed to prevent water clogs and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrer around the entire basement wall perimeter, which is designed to prevent moisture and mold, cover any holes or divots in the foundation, and gives the basement a clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which has three layers of water protection, solves all three water problems in one unit, and comes with a battery backup in case of power failure. The CleanSpace works hand-in-hand with the WaterGuard, as it catches the water entering through the wall, trapping it behind a tarp-like layer, and redirecting it down to the WaterGuard. Finally, Cameron and his crew installed the SuperSump Plus to gather the water that the CleanSpace and WaterGuard trapped.

The team then covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. 

The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, which pushes it through the discharge line and expels it from the home.
