Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the basement floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 158 feet of our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain and prevents water clogs. WaterGuard is one of our most efficient waterproofing systems when it comes to water leaks and will keep your basement clean and dry whether it's during the spring melt or during an intense thunderstorm. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Then, the crew installed Foamax on the basement walls. The crew shifted their focus outside and installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed the Aprilaire in the basement. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew.
