Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and started his detailed inspection around and in the basement. Once he completed the inspection, Ryan confirmed that the sump pump needed replacing. Ryan recommended installing the TripleSafe and an IceGuard to ensure the flooding risk doesn't occur. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations, and the plans were sent to our Logistics team to build the project. Once they gave the final stamp of approval, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew to begin. Diego and his crew traveled to the home and started by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew installed the TripleSafe. Next, the crew went outside and installed an outside discharge line. Additionally, the crew attached an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is glad to replace its homeowners' struggling sump pumps.
