When the crew arrived, they began by taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Along with the feeling of dampness in the space, she noticed a musty smell and mold beginning to form. She wanted to know what could be done, so she called our office and we set her up with our FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property to see what could be done. Once he finished his walkthrough, he was able to recommend our AprilAire dehumidifier to address the moisture. He explained that this energy-efficient option creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days' time when set to 50% RH. Rhonda agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Justice, installed the dehumidifier with no issues. Once the job was complete, Rhonda was happy to know that she no longer had to worry about the humidity in her space!

A business owner from Fairmont, MN, was facing a serious issue with his basement. Whenever it rained, he could see water entering the space through holes in the wall, slowly running down the wall and leaving him with a headache. He was unsure of who to turn to for this issue, so he began to look for Fairmont, MN basement repairs. When he found our website, he found that he was impressed with other work we had done in our area, so he signed up for one of our FREE estimates. Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ryan P, was headed out to the home.
When Ryan arrived, he got right to work assessing the space. Upon completion, he was ready to make his recommendations for the next steps. First, Ryan recommended our TrenchDrain system, explaining that the TrenchDrain resembles half of a basement drainage pipe, with a grated opening fitted snugly on top. The grate is flush or slightly below the floor, eliminating any tripping hazard. It is uniquely designed to span doorways, hatchway entrances, and similar entryway doors. Any water passing over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to your sump pump. Ryan had noted that the space lacked a sump pump, so he recommended our SuperSump plus system, an economical, yet effective, choice for ridding a basement of unwanted water. The homeowner agreed and scheduled the job for some time later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Chris N, led his team through the successful installation of 1 SuperSump plus, and 12 ft of TrenchDrain. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his basement is protected from unwanted water!
