Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to follow through with this plan. Once the plan received the stamp of approval, the crew prepped their materials and traveled to the home. Our Foreman, Lane, arrived at the home and began by prepping the home for waterproofing product installation. First, the crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the home. Additionally, the crew dug a feedline across the center of the basement floor. Next, the crew installed the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. After the SuperSump+ was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were happy to know their home was no longer at risk of flooding. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace which prevents mold and humidity and serves as a protective blanket. To complete the work, our crew filled the open-floor gap with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over it, ensuring the space was neater and cleaner than when they found it.

Then, they installed CleanSpace on a section of the west and most of the entire north foundation wall. Next, the crew installed 10 GeoLock anchors on the west and north foundation walls. To finish up the installation, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. The crew cleaned up their site and left the home.
