Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is an underground drain that prevents water and mud clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and works efficiently with the sump pump. To complete the work, Tremaine and his team filled the open gaps with rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over it. A Sleepy Eye, MN, homeowner was struggling with a damp basement after heavy rainfall. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he decided to begin the search for a basement waterproofing company in Minnesota. Once he found our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan W, headed out to the home.
