Danielle was pleased with the proposal and was eager to have the waterproofing system installed, so she scheduled the installation.

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew installed 61 feet of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the room and a SuperSump sump pump in the corner. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to protect the room from moisture and potential mold growth. The WaterGuard properly drains water to the sump pump and from there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Danielle is pleased that her basement is now a dry, healthier space and she is glad she chose to invest in the long-term protection of her home.

Eileen and Jerry B. of Lancaster, MN had water leaking into their basement, and they wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is designed to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open waterway gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Eileen and Jerry were happy with the repairs and had a great experience! Our Foreman, Cameron, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete in the corner of the basement and installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is made up of three layers of water protection and solves all three water problems in one unit. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the basement wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that saves money on energy costs and gives the basement a neat, clean appearance. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. James was happy with the work that was completed!

A homeowner in Faribault, MN was alarmed about the state of his basement when he went downstairs and found a large amount of water damage to the walls and floors. A homeowner from Faribault, MN, was experiencing water intrusion. After each rain, he was left with standing water by the baseboard of his basement walls. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he found a MN basement waterproofing company. After coming across our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Darin S, headed out to the home. 

Once Darin concluded his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Darin explained that because the water was entering the home through the walls and the floor, he was recommending three of our products. First, Darin wanted to install our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets applied directly to unfinished walls. It works to trap water entering the space through holes and cracks in the foundation and direct it downwards, keeping it off the floor. To complement the CleanSpace, Darin suggested our WaterGuard, a below-floor French drain that collects water from the CleanSpace, as well as any water that is entering through the floors. The WaterGuard directs the flow of water to the appropriate disposal site, which Darin wanted to be our SuperSump. An effective and more economical solution, the SuperSump includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The homeowner liked the sound of the products working together, and scheduled the installation for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Arturo M, and his team ended up installing 1 SuperSump, 23ft of CleanSpace, and another 136ft of WaterGuard. Now our customer can enjoy his basement without worries of water intrusion!
