Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Once the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. After he arrived, Dylan completed the in-depth estimate of the sump pump and basement status. Dylan determined that the sump pump needed to be replaced. Following his diagnosis, Dylan suggested a solution that would replace the sump pump and waterproof the affected room. After hearing Dylan's suggestions, the homeowners knew that this was their best option and agreed with his plan. The suggested plan was then directed to the assigned crew and preparations began. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the installation. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard on the perimeter of the basement room. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew could remove the old sump pump and replace it with the SuperSump. On the outside of the home, the crew installed the IceGuard on the discharge line. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing CleanSpace on the basement walls. The crew finished the installation and cleaned up their materials. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the existing concrete. Kira was extremely happy with the work and could not have asked for anything more!

Our crew then installed our CleanSpace Wall System, which prevents mold and humidity, acts as an extra wall protectant, and covers uneven surfaces. Lastly, Juan and his crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides two pumps and a battery back-up, comes with three layers of water protection, and will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. To round out the installation, our team filled the old sump pump space with rock, applied new concrete, and ensured the space was left clean, dry, and ready for Dorothy! Dorothy was very pleased with the work and was happy to know she no longer had to worry about basement waterproofing problems.

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act as an underground drainage system that leads to the sump pump. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Jessica was happy with the repairs and loved the transformation!
